What You Will Do
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
- Monitor risks, quality and project progress
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them
- Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions
- Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features
- Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary. Be able to define short and long-term goals
What Should Your Qualifications Be?
4+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management / Product Ownership / Product Management.Fluent English (minimum C1) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakersExperience in both B2B and B2C products; prototyping skills; engineering / QA experience will be a plus; working with MVP stage products will be even a bigger plusTeam player with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders, team of engineersSkill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details.Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written; presentation skillsDeep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM)Regular tools knowledge : GSuit (Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.), Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, etc.Benefits
