Job Description
- Providing legal representation in immigration, criminal defense, traffic cases, and occasionally family law and personal injury matters.
- Attending daily court appearances, often virtual, with a flexible schedule.
- Conducting client intakes, consultations, and maintaining ongoing communication to manage client expectations.
- Reviewing and organizing discovery, case files, and related documents.
- Drafting legal complaints, filing necessary documents, and obtaining records such as medical documents.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Participating in on-the-job training to enhance legal skills.
