How will you make an impact in this role? This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team that works across American Express. This individual will work closely with leaders across GMNS, and partner business units to ensure strategies and deliverables meet the needs of their organizations and, ultimately, of our merchants / partners. They must also be comfortable with having a very "hands-on" role managing a significant amount of tactical work.
Specific responsibilities will include :
- Support the Vice President Assistant with overall deliverables and processes for the GMNS Executive office
- Own processes to enable successful client meetings and events, including but not limited to, creation of client briefs in partnership with client management organizations, coordination of client events & ticketing, and facilitation of client engagements across Business Units
- Develop impactful presentations, content, agendas, and internal processes for key internal and external meetings (e.g. Senior leadership meetings, leadership offsites, regulatory meetings, Town Halls, Annual 10K, etc.)
- Assist in planning of internal and external large scale events
- Manage projects, teams, schedules and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of a variety of deliverables
- Develop and continue to improve internal processes with the other executive offices across the GMNS Senior Leadership Team

Bachelor's degree requiredThree years of relevant work experienceSalary Range : $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
