  • Workforce Management Specialist with 2+ years of experience working with employee and position data and tools.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
  • Previous experience working in an HR capacity (workforce planning)
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex organizational structures

Technical Skills Required :

  • Workforce management system experience
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Some level of position management experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Database management and data visualization
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
