Sentara Health is hiring a Guest Service Representative to work flexi rotating shifts at Sentara Obici Hospital and Sentara Bellharbour in the Emergency Room and at the front desk.

Overview

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

1 year customer service (required)

Excellent communication skills

Healthcare experience (preferred)
