Position Overview

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Arlington! In this role, you’ll support our Fixed Operations Department by managing repair orders, tracking inventory, assisting vendors, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly — so our customers have the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

Review and close daily repair orders using production tools

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and reconcile parts and sublet invoices

Maintain accurate production logs and parts return schedules

Monitor GPS inventory and ensure proper allocation

Work across departments to maintain process and audit compliance

Support accounting with posting journal adjustments and maintaining schedules

Keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with company and agency policies

Participate in ongoing training and development

Perform other duties as needed to support the team and drive performance

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience in auto or truck parts is a plus

Familiarity with DOT regulations, OSHA compliance, and warranty recovery preferred

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Ability to lift parts over 60 lbs

Must be able to type with minimal errors

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate : $16.00 – $18.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Weekends : Closed Sundays
