We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our designer showroom team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, excited to learn about the countertop fabrication industry, and eager to help clients design projects that are both meaningful and beautiful. While prior countertop sales experience is a plus, it is not required. We value a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people over specific product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting the best countertop solutions for their projects.
• Educate customers about the various materials, designs, and fabrication processes available.
• Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist with showroom maintenance and merchandising to ensure a visually appealing environment.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and product offerings.
