Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our HouseCalls team in Warren, Barren Counties, KY. Optum is a clinician-led care organization, that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum.

As a member of the broader Home and Community Care team, you'll provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes. This important preventive care helps identify and reduce health risks for patients, in addition to coordinating appropriate follow-up care to improve health and well-being.

Positions in this job function require specific education / certification / licensure and are considered an extension to Physicians and provide direct patient care in a clinic or in-home setting.

Required Qualification :

The hourly range for this role is $50.24 to $75.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
