Are you ready to take the next step in your Quality Engineering career? Roche s Hillsboro Technical Operations is looking for a driven professional to join our team as a Quality Engineer II. About the Role

  • Year-long (extendable) opportunity at Roche s Hillsboro, OR site
  • Direct influence on qualification / validation programs for major drug manufacturing
  • Be a trusted advisor and collaborator with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on best practices in qualification and validation activities
  • Review and approve key compliance documents
  • Assess and approve changes impacting validated states
  • Investigate and resolve complex quality issues
  • Collaborate effectively with peers and internal customers

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree with 5-10 years relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on background in pharmaceutical or biopharma validation / quality
  • Strong grasp of qualification / validation principles and cGMPs
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent collaboration skills
  • Problem solver with flexibility to meet shifting priorities

  • Advanced expertise in technical validation
  • Broader experience with analytical or sterilization processes
