Requesting strong architectural knowledge Client's Artificial Intelligence Division. This role will lead AI / ML workforce planning, design job families and career pathways, build competency frameworks, and provide market-informed compensation recommendations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in workforce strategy, HR consulting, or organizational design, with experience supporting AI / ML or technical teams. A Master's degree is preferred, along with proven expertise in job architecture, competency modeling, and compensation benchmarking within large or public-sector organizations.

Duties :

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

• Lead a short-term, high-impact engagement to establish the foundational workforce architecture for Client's growing Artificial Intelligence Division.
• Over a 120-day period, this consultant-level role will focus on enterprise-level AI / ML workforce planning, the creation of standardized job families and competencies, and market-informed compensation recommendations for a public health sector / governmental organization.
