Job Details

• Specialty : Geriatrics, Hematology / Oncology, Palliative Care
• Location : Jefferson County, WA 98368

Schedule : 4 / 10's per week

Additional Details : Full time position

The ideal candidate will have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Comfortable with geriatrics and a wide range of clinical conditions

Experience in Oncology is a plus!

Four - 10 hour days

This position primarily involves providing home-based care, with some clinic visits and occasional inpatient consultations

Patient-centered, team-based, and collaborative work environment

50 to 75 patients in the current system

Average patient census 110

Call : rotating for Hospice, taking a week at a time – 7 days every 4 weeks

EPIC EMR.
