We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Permanent Civil Litigation Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in civil litigation and will be responsible for handling all aspects of a client's case from inception to resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work on complex cases, develop their litigation skills, and contribute to the success of our firm.

Job Details

Job DetTo qualify for this role, you must possess the following :

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the Arizona State Bar.

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

4. Proven experience in drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.

5. Previous trial experience, preferably in a civil litigation setting.

6. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.

8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

9. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethics.

10. Ability to manage a large workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
