In this role, you'll act as a key focal point between engineering and manufacturing teams — supporting product validation, defining test requirements, and leading the development of a scalable production test strategy. You'll be responsible for specifying, sourcing, commissioning, and maintaining both manual and automated test equipment (ATE). As we ramp to full-rate production, you'll drive the growth of test capability and capacity — ensuring our test systems can meet increasing throughput demands while maintaining reliability, compliance, and quality. The selected candidate will have to develop formal test procedures, instrumentation plans, test stand / fixture designs, data acquisition architectures, and any other necessary tools to allow for thorough and repeatable testing. It will be under the selected candidate responsibility to ensure and confirm data collected during the tests are accurate and complete.

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
