What You'll Be Doing :

Answering a high volume of calls with patience, empathy, and accuracy

Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk smoothly

Assisting clients in stressful situations with calm professionalism

Supporting the veterinary team with accurate information and organization

Balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital (knowledge of veterinary terminology is a bonus)

Excellent communication skills : ability to listen, empathize, and clearly explain information

Comfort handling sensitive situations with professionalism and care

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Basic understanding of veterinary care and procedures
