Part Time Mail Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. The position is responsible for the manual and electronic preparation of incoming mail and interoffice documents into predetermined categories, and / or the preparation and shipment of outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule :

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies, sorts, and prepares incoming documents by category according to established guidelines
• Sorts, prepares, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice and supply orders
• Electronically assigns documents into categories
• Prepares and / or scans documents on a high-speed scanner
• Serves as back-up to other departmental functions
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned CORE

QUALIFICATIONS

Base Pay Information

The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

Pay Grade 000.03.PA, $16.95
