Practice Setting : Hospital

Reason for Coverage : Ongoing need for in-person IR coverage

Call Schedule : 7 days per week

Demographic : Adult

Annual ER Volume : 80,000

Volume of Procedures : 15-25 per day

Exam Rooms : 2 dedicated radiology rooms

Support Staff : Fully staffed radiology group

Documentation System : EPIC + PACS Open Locums Dates (Day / Night Shifts) :

9 / 17 - Day Shift

10 / 22 - Day Shift

11 / 5 - Day Shift

11 / 12 - Day Shift

12 / 24 - Day Shift

12 / 26 - Day Shift

12 / 29 -Night shift

12 / 30 - Night shift

12 / 31 - Day and Night Shift Procedures Required :

General community IR procedures

Strong biopsy and cancer intervention experience preferred Credentialing Requirements :

Board Certified : Required

BLS / ACLS Certification : Required

Ohio Medical License : Required

Fellowship (Nuclear or Mammography) : Preferred

Proximity to OH : Preferred for quicker credentialing / onboarding

CDS Certification and DEA Registration - REQUIRED Team Details :
