Job descriptionGather product requirements and translate them into actionable items within Jira, ensuring all epics, user stories, and capabilities are well-documented and executed. Support the Digital Product Manager by leading a cross-functional team of UX designers, researchers, business analysts, developers, and QA professionals to bring the eCommerce vision to life. Partner with UX teams to design and deliver customer-centric experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and sales. Balance multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Adapt to changing priorities and evolving business strategies based on team feedback and market trends. Coordinate efforts across internal and external partners while managing multiple workstreams. Analyze performance metrics, translate insights into strategy, and optimize online experience. Present updates on roadmap progress, performance, and KPIs to management and executive leadership. Bachelors degree required 35 years of experience as an eCommerce Product Owner preferred Strong understanding of Agile methodology Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across complex projects Comfortable executing under tight deadlines and managing cross-functional collaboration Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions among internal stakeholders and external vendors Experience with digital transformation initiatives Background in software development
