Remote Specialty Reservations Representative

A company is looking for a Specialty Reservations Representative to work remotely in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding car rental reservations

Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and standards of service

Input data accurately into company systems and coordinate with field operations personnel

Required Qualifications

High School diploma

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care environment or inside sales

Previous work-from-home experience preferred

Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment for remote work

Regular and punctual attendance is required
