As a Tier III Electronics Technician, you’ll serve as a key link between maintenance and engineering- using advanced technical skills to support automation, controls, and robotic systems across HiTHIUM’s large-scale BESS production environment. You’ll take ownership of diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components. This role is ideal for a seasoned electro / mechanical technician ready to advance into controls integration and automation reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair complex automation issues involving PLCs, sensors, drives, and robotic interfaces.
• Support programming adjustments on Robotics, Siemens PLC systems, and system modifications under the direction of engineering.
• Perform diagnostics and calibration on robotics, AGVs, and vision-based systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during equipment commissioning, upgrades, and process optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and support implementation of short / long-term corrective actions.
• Analyze downtime data and EAM / MES reports to identify patterns and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical and control changes.
• Provide technical mentorship to Tier I and Tier II technicians on troubleshooting methodology and automation fundamentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
