Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate provider compensation databases in alignment with employment agreements
Research and analyze data to calculate productivity-based and other compensation models
Partner with Payroll to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for timely payments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; background in accounting, finance, payroll, or compensation preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
