Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS — while enjoying the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team!

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family / caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family / caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field : Required

Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Benefits :

Optional 4 Day work week available! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!

Compensation :

Full-time Salary : $42,000 - $52,000

Incentive Rate : $40 / hour over productivity! \

Fee for Service Rate : $25 - $40 / hour
