Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and enabling Data Driven decision making)
o Monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting software performance
o Adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements
o Ensuring compliance with system requirements
o Identifying solutions to streamline manufacturing process issues
o Collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless integration of and ongoing support applications
o Providing testing, debugging support, and reporting
o Providing training and support to end-users as may be required
o Addressing user queries, reporting and issue resolution tickets
o Escalate issues to next level support as needed.
