As a Research Scientist I , you will independently conduct data curation including data acquisition and analysis for research projects whose focus is to provide comprehensive disease, clinical and physiological data to diverse research communities. Extract relevant information from published journal articles, research laboratories, and databases. Integrate this information with existing data. Develop content for web-based clinical and research resources. Facilitates data transfer by interacting with research laboratories and staff from other databases. Work with the bioinformatics team to develop data analysis tools, data pipelines, and database and web interface design.

Position Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum education : PhD in molecular biology, physiology, genetics, biological or health sciences
Minimum experience : No minimum experience required
Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred experience : Expertise using public genomic or disease data resources and software tools, data acquisition, integration or standardization; clinical, laboratory or informatics experience
