Role : Sr. Cyber Security Analyst ZScaler

Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance installation implementation and support of ZScaler infrastructure.
• Perform ruleset upgrades and deliver ZIA reporting.
• Support Change Management processes and adhere to SOPs.
• Respond to requests / incidents within SLA.
• Collaborate with project / program management and attend meetings.
• Train stakeholders on solution administration and use.
• Participate in special projects and provide on-call support.
• Submit weekly and ad-hoc status reports.

Required Skills :

Associates degree in STEM or equivalent experience.

3 years of Cyber Security experience.

Hands-on ZScaler experience.

2 years in large-scale enterprise environments.

Ability to obtain / maintain MBI / T2 clearance.

Networking and DNS fundamentals.

Experience with routing traffic inspection ZIA / ZPA / ZDX setup.

Familiarity with Syslog GRE / IPSec NAT subnetting.

Experience with Service Edges App Connectors ZTNA policies.

Exposure to firewall policies PAC files proxy chaining.

Integration experience with Okta CyberArk Splunk.

Troubleshooting across distributed architectures.

SSL inspection VPN MFA identity providers.

ServiceNow experience.

Desired Skills :

ZScaler or Security certification.

Experience with MS Office Suite Visio SharePoint MS Teams.

Familiarity with MS Teams Planner ServiceNow JIRA.

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Experience with vulnerability communication and risk posture.

ZScaler best practices knowledge.
