Job descriptionCompetitive starting base salary of $115,000-$130,000 per year. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and 401K with match. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance. All dues, fees, and licensure expenses covered. ATLS training / certification provided within the first year. Relocation assistance offered. Eligible to apply for loan repayment through NHSC or Nursing Corp program. Designated HPSA for primary care, offering up to $25,000 per year towards federally qualified student loans. Minimum two-year commitment required. Up to 60% of loans covered through the Nursing Corp program. Federal Loan Repayment Assistance provides a great opportunity for Providers interested in a critical access setting. Family Nurse Practitioner – Rural Health Clinic Setting
Locum / Locum-Perm
We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join a rural health clinic setting. The role offers a balanced 4 / 8 schedule, with 1 / 24 hour ER cross-coverage, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent working environment with collaborative physician support, catering to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage patient care, treating routine, acute, and chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing true ER coverage.
- See an estimated 18-20 patients per day, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate healthcare delivery.
- Relocate to the community to become an integral part of the patient community and foster strong patient-provider relationships.
