We're hiring a Warehouse Shift Lead who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.

What Is Expected :

• 6 months of experience in a lead warehouse role (managing between 15 - 40 people)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet in a fast-paced setting
• Lead by example - motivate your crew and solve problems
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to hit goals
• Track inventory and shipments to keep orders accurate and on time
• Train, coach, and back up your team so the job gets done right
