With over 6 regional offices and a centralized support structure, the company specializes in building envelope restoration, waterproofing, façade repair, and construction defect remediation across commercial, institutional, and multifamily sectors.

Founded nearly a decade ago, the organization has earned a reputation for technical precision, client-first delivery, and exceptional craftsmanship. Its portfolio includes high-profile projects in healthcare, education, government, and urban redevelopment. The company has been recognized for its commitment to safety, quality, and employee development, with a culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and internal promotion. Many team members have advanced from field roles into leadership, contributing to an average tenure of over 10 years.

Position Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will oversee complex restoration and envelope repair projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will bring strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead exterior restoration projects including façade repair, waterproofing, roofing, masonry, and structural rehabilitation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM methodologies and ensure alignment with logistics and phasing plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement of long-lead materials.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor field progress, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly pay applications.
  • Facilitate regular OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Support field teams with pre-installation meetings, quality control protocols, and punch list resolution.
  • Compile and submit closeout documentation including warranties, manuals, and final reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or building envelope work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local codes).
  • Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with up to 30% performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement plan options and paid overtime.
  • Annual raises and leadership development programs.
  • Access to regional managers, field superintendents, and centralized support teams.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career advancement.
  • Why take this opportunity?

This is more than a job - it's a career opportunity with a company that invests in its people.
