Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and professional standards.

Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans.

Administer medications, monitor resident health, and maintain accurate documentation.

Support a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for every resident and team member.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.

Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.
