Job description

Description : The Web Developer I will join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining marketing webpages for Metas AI Business Hub. This role involves designing, testing, and documenting software applications, with a strong emphasis on innovation and automation. The developer will be the main point of contact for the website, leading meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing recommendations on module systems and CMS feasibility.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces for the AI Business Hub, primarily using CMS platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the main POC for the website, lead meetings, and work closely with project managers and a team of 15 to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with business goals.

Technical Documentation & Testing : Write clear documentation, perform rigorous testing, and unlock automation opportunities across the team.

Innovation & Recommendations : Bring a point of view on innovation, proactively recommend improvements to the module system, and identify automation opportunities.

System Analysis & Support

Production Support : Identify, escalate, and document production impact issues; provide technical support as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Leadership & Communication : Ability to represent the website as the main POC, lead meetings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

1 year of Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools.

Innovation : Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond, bringing new ideas and solutions to the team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Excellent Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills

1 year of Enterprise Experience : Understanding of enterprise-level systems and processes

Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work independently, manage time, and provide excellent customer service.
