Contractor with a minimum of 18 months experience in Home health

Intermittent visits - 5 / 6 patients per day

Summary :

The Physical Therapists are responsible for assisting the persons served with medical and functional disabilities attain and restore maximum function through a patient-centered care approach. The physical therapist helps persons served accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises, instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily living activities and in using assistive and supportive devices, such as crutches, canes and prosthesis.

Physical Therapist (Required)

Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)

Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification (Required)

Education or Equivalent Experience :

Master of Arts or Science (Required)

Master's degree in physical therapy - required Two (2) to four (4) years working as an Physical Therapist - preferred
