We are looking for a new Restoration Technician to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this position, you will be making a difference each day. Job Descriptions :

• Clean air ducts and vents per SERVPRO's outlined procedures and processes
• Adheres to the industry-standard protocol for the department.
• Able to clean grills or sections of ductwork as needed
• Properly attach duct connections for metal or flex ductwork
• Able to assist lead duct cleaner in setting up and operating negative air machine for duct cleaning
• Assist lead tech to keep van and tools organized
• Assist in the removal and replacement of all registers during the cleaning process
• Maintain a safe and clean working area, ensuring all equipment and tools were accounted for at the end of the workday
• Provide excellent customer service to the customer, informing and advising the customer of the cleaning process and effectively answering any questions

Minimum Requirements :

Compensation : $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
