Cash Posting & Credit Balance Supervisor

This position is classified as a Hybrid schedule consisting of two days working in the San Marcos, CA office and three days working from home. The Cash Posting & Credit Balance Supervisor is knowledgeable in all aspects of payment processing and is capable of independently executing responsibilities. Also, is responsible for the on-line posting of all accounts receivable payments, balancing system, posting the daily deposit and preparing payment summary information for distribution to Accounting and Business Office Management. This position is responsible for the supervision of cash application specialists, cash / adjustment posting systems and cash / adjustment processes. Performs any and all related job duties as assigned.

The Cash Posting & Credit Balance Supervisor will also manage credit balance workloads and respond and follow-up on external and internal inquiries in a timely manner.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
