Job description
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator II in Scientific Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage reference management processes and Data on File (DoF) support
Ensure all non-promotional content has appropriate copyright permissions and manage related documentation
Maintain and update procedural documents and support ad hoc project needs across multi-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
3-5 years of project coordination or management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments
Familiarity with Medical Affairs processes (publications, data on file, compliance)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats or MedComms) strongly preferred
