Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities and showcasing the community. Collect and communicate application information and community features to potential residents. Assist the Community Manager by processing applications promptly, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing ongoing administrative functions. 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment leasing. Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle / golf cart. Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and / or Yardi) or ability to learn such software. Working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office.

Base Pay Range
$20.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr
