Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
  • Implement educational programs that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.

  • Prepare and organize materials for daily lessons and activities.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Background check clearance is mandatory.
