Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Steger, IL
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Steger, Illinois. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing individualized speech and language services that support students communication, academic success, and social development.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess students communication needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Promote effective communication skills to enhance students academic and social success
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
