Job description

We're working with our client on an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations through documentation, billing, reporting, and equipment tracking. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping and smooth communication across internal teams to maintain organized and efficient workflows. Apoply today!

  • 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • What you will do :

    • Provide daily administrative support to warehouse functions
    • Prepare reports, manage file systems, and route documents for approval
    • Enter orders into systems such as 365E, 365L, and 386
    • Coordinate lease records, small equipment orders, and freight billing
    • Maintain data accuracy with strong technical proficiency and accountability
    • Track incoming / outgoing shipments, including UPS, walk-in freight, and truck arrivals
    • Generate bills of lading, log returns, and manage image documentation
    • Partner with warehouse staff to verify returned items and en sure timely data entry
    • Assist the District Sales Administrator and support internal communications for the Plant Manager
    • Coordinate calls and follow up on unreturned or damaged equipment
    • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all written and verbal communications
    • Prioritize tasks using strong planning and organizational skills
    • What you will need to be successful :

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
    • Detail-oriented with strong filing, recordkeeping, and data entry skills
    • Strong numeric, organizational, and written communication abilities
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
    • Punctual and dependable; no travel required
    • Proficient in job-specific tools and systems
    • Clear, concise communicator adaptable to various audiences
    • Responsible and committed to follow-through
    • Professional, respectful, and reliable in all interactions
