What You’ll Do :
Lead, coach, and motivate our Inside Sales and Customer Care Representatives .Foster a sales-focused culture built on relationship-based selling and service excellence.Deliver hands-on coaching through call reviews, sales goal tracking, and team development .Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into retention and upsell opportunities.Partner with operations to maintain smooth routing, scheduling, and communication.Track and analyze team performance to identify trends, celebrate wins, and drive improvement.Support the hiring, onboarding, and licensing of new team members.What We’re Looking For :
Leadership Experience - Proven success leading a team in sales, customer service, or call center operations .Sales Mindset - You know how to motivate and coach a team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining great relationships.Customer Focus - You believe that strong service and smart selling go hand in hand.Experience - At least 3 years in sales and / or customer service , with leadership experience strongly preferred.Licensed or Ready to Learn - Texas Pest Control Technician license with Termite category (or ability to obtain within 90 days).Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with CRM systems (FieldRoutes experience a plus).Strong Communicator - Confident, clear, and calm-even in challenging situations.Perks & Pay :
