What You Can Expect :

Mileage Pay : $0.69–$0.73 per mile

Schedule : Home every other weekend for 3 days, and home for Thanksgiving

Freight : Full truckload, dry van (less than 2% Hazmat freight)

Equipment : Late-model, well-maintained trucks for comfort and reliability

Pay & Bonuses :

Sign-On Bonus available

Anniversary Bonus : $100 for each year of continuous service, paid annually

Detention Pay : Starts after just 1 hour

Hazmat Premium : Additional pay per mile when hauling placarded loads

Safety-Based Raises : Earn increases at designated mileage intervals, up to a high cap

CSA Safety Bonus : Every 90 days — $875 (Hazmat endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours paid time off

On-Road Safety Bonus : $600 every 90 days

Referral Program : Earn extra for bringing great drivers on board
