The Electrical Helper will assist journeymen and electricians with installations, maintenance, and project preparation, while maintaining a safe and organized job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen and electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling holes, pulling wire, and setting up jobsite equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and instructions under supervision.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Show initiative in learning new skills and supporting project goals.
