Personal Lines Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative

Patnode Insurance Agency is a small agency seeking an enthusiastic personal lines customer service representative to join our team in Brighton, MA that is able to multitask and takes pride in their work. This is preferably a full-time position, but part time may be considered as well.

Responsibilities :

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all types customer service related questions by phone and in person.
  • Answering billing and coverage inquiries.
  • Quoting new business policies.
  • Requoting renewal business and issuing the policies accordingly.
  • Working with our insurance companies to understand their underwriting guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in personal insurance to enhance knowledge and service delivery.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a personal lines insurance agency or related industry.
  • Thorough understanding of personal insurance products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns professionally.
