Weekend Member Services Receptionist

We are looking for a Weekend Member Services Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming first impression of the Club. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team in a wonderful working environment. The successful individual will have a service heart and genuinely enjoy interacting with others in a professional manner. Hours are Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Core Responsibilities :

• Greet members and guests at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Learn the names of members and their families to personalize greetings.
• Notify staff of arrivals for meetings.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Create, edit, and maintain banquet event orders for Club functions.
• Accept dining reservations and take-out food orders.
• Be knowledgeable about Club events, menu items, hours, and directions to the Club.
• Handle member and Club information with discretion and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned by department managers.

Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
