Description

POSITION SUMMARY : This position works directly with teens and adults with Autism(and other related disorders) to guide and assist with vocational goals, life / social skill activities, job search aide and employment retention. Increase quality of life and personal growth for each client through positive role modeling, professionalism, respect, and understanding of the clients specific needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide one-on-one job coaching to referredclients.
• Provide timely and accurate data collection regarding client progress.
• Provide and share supportive and constructive feedback to clients.
• Meet clients at their home, place of work, or in the community based on the service need.
• Maintain thoroughcommunication with the HOPE Group staff, as well as individualsserved.
