The Opportunity :
We are searching for an experienced Knowledge Management and Training Specialist who will create knowledge management content and design and deliver role-based training for the cloud-based pension administration solution that will replace our aging computer systems. In this role you will work closely with the CORE project training team and business owners to transform how to perform complex business processes in the new application into clear practical trainings and knowledge content. This project-based role is funded through the end of 2027 but has the potential to be extended for additional projects.
Some of what you'll do includes :
NOTE : You may be eligible to telework up to three (3) days per week, at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and with a telework agreement in place. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the DRS building in Tumwater, WA, and must be willing and able to adjust your telework schedule whenever necessary to complete work assignments, attend mandatory meetings, trainings, etc., at the DRS facility.
Qualifications
What we're looking for (required qualifications) :
This experience is typically gained from two (2) years of professional experience.
Experience can be gained through various combinations of professional employment and volunteer / personal experience. Experience may be concurrent.
