This is a pivotal opportunity to play a foundational role in developing and shaping a comprehensive Neurocritical Care program. You will help lead its growth alongside robust 24 / 7 neurosurgery and neurointerventional support. The program is backed by advanced clinical tools, including Epic and AI-powered documentation (Microsoft DAX), to enhance care delivery and efficiency.

• Multidisciplinary team including neurosurgeons, neurologists, intensivists, and advanced practice providers
• High-acuity patient population including stroke, traumatic brain injury, status epilepticus, spinal cord injury, and neurovascular emergencies
• Supportive 24 / 7 subspecialty coverage including neurointerventional radiology and neurosurgery
• Opportunity to shape program growth and development
• Currently utilizing AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX)
• EMR : Epic
