Job Title : Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

  • The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and overseeing the Paint Shop, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities, planning New Product Introductions (NPIs), and optimizing workflows, space, and staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel, scheduling, and labor planning to maximize staff utilization and ensure alignment with customer demand.
  • Oversee production performance to ensure targets for Pieces Per Hour (PPH) and yield are met.
  • Report daily performance metrics.
  • Address Bill of Materials (BOM) issues.
  • Actively participate in staffing by evaluating candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Support team development by providing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition in partnership with team leads.
  • Act in accordance with company policies.
  • Meet goals and expectations defined by management.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr.
