LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Delivery Manager and Program Manager for our client in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Financial Services organization. The company utilizes technology and statistical analysis for customized credit card offers and has 750 Branches and 2,000 ATMs.
This Program Management role has a strong technical focus and sits within the Card Tech division, specifically under Engineering 360, which oversees priorities across the entire Card Tech organization. The selected candidate will manage a portfolio of tech-driven initiatives, requiring end-to-end program oversight—from structuring work sequences and identifying dependencies to managing risks and coordinating across multiple domains and teams. The work is not self-contained; it spans various groups, necessitating the ability to organize and align diverse stakeholders to drive delivery.
Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in articulating program status, delivery progress, and metrics. The role involves bringing cross-functional teams together to solve problems and ensuring that work is properly integrated into the delivery system for accurate tracking. The operating environment is cloud-based, so familiarity with modern cloud operations is important. While the focus is primarily on software delivery, there is less emphasis on data-related aspects.
The candidate must be comfortable navigating a highly matrixed organization and managing ambiguity. Experience with developer efficiency and the software delivery lifecycle is a plus, as the team aims to improve systems and address centralized needs. Previous Capital One experience is helpful but not required.

Pay Details : $58.00 to $70.00 per hour
