Accurately assessing repair needs and communicating clearly with customers and the team. Providing quality, code-compliant repairs that meet our high standards. Ensuring safety protocols are followed on every job. Managing your own materials, tools, and timelines efficiently. Experience : 35+ years in roofing, including hands-on repair work across multiple roofing types. Skills : Expert-level troubleshooting and repair knowledge. Independence : Able to manage repair jobs start-to-finish. Physical : Lift 50+ lbs, comfortable with heights and all weather conditions. Mindset : Professional, solutions-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused.
