Position : Registered Nurse (RN), CVU

Schedule : Nights, Full Time, Weekends

Commitment Bonus : $20,000

Department / Unit Summary

The Cardiovascular Unit at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital fosters a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to critically ill patients. With 12 beds (8 critical and 4 telemetry), you’ll have the opportunity to :

Qualifications and Requirements

We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria :

Current state RN license

Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school

Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days after hire)

Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (or obtain within 6 months after hire)

Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire

NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire

Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment

Able to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment

Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
