Strategic and Technical Coordination

Execute the strategy for product family, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Be the VITAL connection between technical design and operations to ensure ensuring new products are production-ready.
Determine and prioritize product improvement opportunities

Production and Planning

Forecast workload, capacity needs, and upcoming assembly priorities.

Ensure customer expectations align with production capability and material readiness.

Reinforce troubleshooting issues, coordinating production, test, and engineering teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Ensure smooth product flow from design through shipment.

Primary decision maker on product-related decisions and escalations.

Communicate nsights to leadership regarding cost, delivery, and product performance metrics.

Qualifications :

Experience & Education

BS degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business Management,

At least 5–10 years of experience leading project or product management, engineering in manufacturing operations

Understanding of metal forming, bending, shaping as well as electrical and electronics systems,

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
